Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused,

  • In the same condition you received it,

  • And in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

We require a receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time to reflect

  3. Contact your bank — processing times may vary

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded.
Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.

  • If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
