At Mobifly Shop, we understand that fast, safe, and reliable delivery is just as important as the quality of the products you purchase. This Shipping Policy explains our charges, timelines, and delivery conditions for orders shipped across India.

1. Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Delivery on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • Orders below ₹999 will include a flat ₹79 shipping fee.

  • Express Delivery (if available in your location) can be selected at checkout with charges starting from ₹149, based on your pin code and order weight.

  • We currently ship only within India.

2. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive updates through:

  • Email confirmation with tracking ID

  • SMS/WhatsApp notifications (if opted during checkout)

You can also track your order anytime through the “Track Order” section on our website using your order number.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days

  • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (available in select cities)

Note: Delivery timelines may vary during holidays, festivals, sales campaigns, or due to courier delays.

4. Packaging & Handling

  • All products—especially refurbished smartphones and accessories—are securely packed in tamper-proof protective packaging.

  • High-value devices may include additional protective layers to avoid transit damage.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incomplete

  • Defective

  • Or is significantly delayed

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Send us:

  • Your order number

  • Photos/videos showing the issue

After inspection, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the case.

6. Failed Deliveries / Missed Attempts

If you are unavailable during delivery:

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

  • After 3 failed attempts, the package is returned to us.

  • Re-delivery may involve extra shipping charges.

👉 To avoid missed deliveries, please enter a complete address, landmark, and active mobile number at checkout.
